HOW CAN I ORDER? There are several ways to order Nette Knits' products.

Online Purchase: You can order any of our products online using our secure shopping cart. We accept Mastercharge, Visa, Discover and Paypal.

Offline Purchase: Our online shopping cart has an offline purchase option so that you can place your order via fax, mail or even give us a call. Select the offline purchase option and all the information you will need will be provided on a convenient printable order form.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?: If you are unhappy with an item, we want to make it right. Please call, fax, or send us an email explaining the problem. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note, all items must be returned in unused, unwashed, resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns on custom products. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?: We ship via USPS priority mail, Fed EX and UPS. It is generally more economical to ship smaller items via Priority Mail. Larger items and orders may be more economical to ship Fed Ex. Ground or UPS Ground. If you need it in a hurry Fed Ex and UPS Air options are available.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US ?: We do ship outside the U.S. we do however reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be confirmed.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?: For orders that are not custom or personalized, we try to ship your order within 2 business days. The estimated shipping time will be stated on the order page for custom items.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?: We value your business and we value your privacy. Nette Knits will not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information except when required by law. Nette Knits is not responsible for any information that you submit to linked sites so please review their privacy policies as well. We may send you an occasional email to with Nette Knits news but you will always have the option to opt out of receiving future mailings.
